Role Description
The Sales Manager Sourcing is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving property sales through strategic sourcing of leads and channel partners. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and onboarding new sourcing partners, nurturing relationships with brokers and agencies, and tracking performance of all sourcing channels. The role involves presenting project offerings to potential clients, coordinating site visits, and ensuring timely follow-up to convert leads into sales.



The Sales Manager Sourcing will collaborate closely with marketing and project teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives, prepare regular sales reports, and provide market feedback to support pricing and product decisions.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Experience in partner and vendor management, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers, agencies, and other sourcing channels.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in explaining project features and value propositions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical and reporting capabilities, including tracking sales performance, monitoring market trends, and using CRM or sales management tools.
- Proven experience in real estate or property development sales, preferably in a similar sourcing or channel management role.
