Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for creating Payment ID’s & Inward.
- Monitor and track payments using unique Payment IDs
- Verify payment details (amount, date, sender, transaction mode) as per bank statement.
- Ensure all transactions are correctly recorded in systems
- Perform daily/monthly reconciliation of payment records
- Identify and resolve mismatches or discrepancies
- Send discrepancies report send to Branches.
- Handle salesforce ticket for PID creation.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in general insurance operations or a related field.
- Robust understanding of general insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
