About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
Sr. Purchase Executive
to manage end-to-end procurement, vendor management, purchase documentation, and contract coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience in the
Façade, Glass, Aluminium, Windows, or Hardware industry
with solid ERP knowledge and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete procurement cycle from sourcing to material delivery.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate prices, and issue POs.
- Coordinate with vendors, stores, projects,



and accounts for timely procurement and payments.
- Manage contractor sourcing, work orders, and bill verification.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships and performance records.
- Maintain procurement documents, contracts, MIS reports, and ensure policy compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum
6 years
of procurement experience.
- Experience in
Façade, Glass, Aluminium, Windows, Hardware, or related industries
.
- Strong ERP knowledge and procurement documentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
