Your role centers around driving branch , team and business growth by acquiring new customers, expanding existing relations, and promoting the banks products and services. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, build partnerships and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering string customer relations, collaborate with team and others to enhance customer experience

Job Description:
- Manage and lead the branch along with business development
- Primary focus on driving Acquisition of current customers, deepening the existing book & Cross selling multiple products.
- Ensuring branch meets its CASA, FD and Third Party Income Targets
- Have a strategy plan for achieving the Third-Party products like LI, GI
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with high net worth and corporate clients,



ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
- Tracking and monitoring daily productivity and book movement of the branch.
- Should ensure that the branch complies with Banks policies and processes.
- Ensure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for the branch and for various product and services.
- Ensure strong employee engagement, hiring and attrition control.
- Responsible for meeting the assigned branch targets and adherence to all guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Cost Management and Cost effectiveness at the assigned branch to ensure profitability, also ensure that branches adheres to the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) norms at all times.
