About the role
We’re hiring two writers who understand this format in their bones. You’ll write episode arcs and full scripts for vertical series, take a beat sheet and turn it into something nobody can scroll away from, and keep the story moving every 60 seconds.
• Write episode outlines and full scripts for vertical microdrama series
• Develop hooks, cliffhangers, and turns built for a phone-first audience
• Work to tight turnarounds and take notes well
• Collaborate with the creative and AI production teams from script to screen
What we’re looking for
• A real feel for the Indian audience and the diaspora watching from Dubai, London, Toronto, and beyond
• Clean Hinglish dialogue that sounds like how people actually talk
• Ability to visualize a scene before writing it
• Speed. Turnaround matters here
• Prior microdrama or short-form experience is a plus, not a must
