Role Description
The GenAI Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and refining training programs focused on Generative AI tools, concepts, and applications for diverse learner groups.



In this full-time remote role, the trainer will create structured learning content, including presentations, hands-on exercises, assessments, and job-aids that help learners practically apply GenAI in real-world scenarios. Day-to-day activities include conducting virtual training sessions, facilitating interactive workshops, providing one-on-one learner support, and gathering feedback to continuously improve course effectiveness. The GenAI Trainer will collaborate with curriculum designers, subject matter experts, and delivery teams to align training with industry standards and organizational goals. The role also involves staying current with emerging GenAI technologies and best practices and translating this knowledge into updated learning modules and microlearning resources.
