AfterDrag is looking for a highly creative and hands-on
Clay Artist / Product Designer
who loves building physical products from scratch.

This is an
Individual Contributor Role
for someone who enjoys experimenting with forms, textures, materials, and aesthetics to create unique handcrafted products across decor, lifestyle, and functional categories.

You’ll work directly with the founder and play an active role in shaping the visual identity and product language of the brand.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prototype clay-based products
- Sculpt, shape, mold, paint, and finish products
- Work with terracotta, polymer clay, ceramic materials, etc.
- Maintain product quality and workspace organization
- Experiment with new designs and ideas

Requirements:
- Fine Arts / Ceramic / Product Design background preferred
- Self-taught artists can also apply
- Positive hand skills and attention to detail
- Must have photos/portfolio of previous work
