Role Description

The Property Manager – Homes & Villas is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home. This role oversees a portfolio of short-term rental homes and villas, ensuring that properties are guest-ready, well-maintained, and performing strongly on key booking platforms.



Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating housekeeping and maintenance, conducting property inspections, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring that listing information and pricing remain accurate and competitive. The Property Manager handles guest communication and support, including pre-arrival queries, check-in coordination, in-stay issue resolution, and post-stay feedback. The role also involves collaborating with owners on performance reports, recommending improvements to enhance guest experience and revenue, and using Hostizzy’s technology tools to streamline operations and reporting.

Qualifications
- Property and operations management: experience overseeing residential or hospitality properties, coordinating maintenance and housekeeping, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.
