Key Responsibilities
Lead Demand Planning and S&OP; transformation initiatives for automotive manufacturing clients.
Drive end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and production planning.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand planning challenges and recommend effective solutions.
Design and implement best practices for Demand Planning and S&OP; processes.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain planning initiatives.
Analyze demand trends, forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and service levels to drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align business objectives.
Provide strategic recommendations to improve planning efficiency and operational performance.
Mentor and guide team members while managing client relationships and project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
8 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.
Robust expertise in:
Demand Planning
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)
Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Experience in Automotive Manufacturing industry is mandatory.
Consulting experience with leading consulting firms or supply chain transformation projects.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
Experience with supply chain planning tools (Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, o9, Oracle SCP, etc.) is preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience leading teams and managing large transformation programs.
