Your Contribution:
- Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with Mahle s global standards and local business needs.
- Procurement Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of raw materials while optimizing costs.
- MRP - Material Planning: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to align production schedules with demand forecasts.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, reduce excess inventory and maintain optimal safety stock.
- Logistics Operations: Manage warehousing, transportation and supplies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement lean practices to enhance efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the logistics team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Compliance Safety: Ensure adherence to legal, environmental, and safety regulations.
Your Experience and Qualification:
- Bachelor s degree in engineering (Mechanical or electrical engineering preferred)
- 8 12 years of experience in logistics and supply chain,
preferably in automotive or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities
