We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Video Production to lead our in-house video production team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete video production workflow, including studio shoots and post-production, while managing a team of six professionals.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent planning skills, and hands-on expertise in video production and editing.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 6 videographers and video editors.
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily shooting and editing schedules.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content.
- Review edited videos and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth production workflows.
- Manage studio operations and optimize production efficiency.
- Mentor team members and support their professional development.
- Troubleshoot production challenges and ensure projects stay on schedule.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in video production or post-production.




- At least 2 years of experience leading or supervising a video production team.
- Strong knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and audio recording.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in educational content, e-learning, or digital media production is preferred.
- Familiarity with studio-based video production workflows.
