Production & Target Achievement
- Support achievement of production targets with respect to Volume, Quality, Cost and Delivery
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, materials, power and utilities.
- Support trials, stabilization and scaleup of New Product Development (NPD).
- Drive productivity improvements through Lean Manufacturing, MOST, TPM, 5S, Six Sigma.
- Identify and eliminate waste in material, energy, rework and processes.
- Support review and improvement of SAP routings, BOMs and cost allocations.
- Support implementation of brownfield / greenfield projects, capacity expansion and line balancing.
- Drive automation, digitization, MES and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in automobile/ electrical / consumer durables manufacturing preferred
- Robust exposure to plant operations, productivity, cost optimization and project execution
