About the Role

OSI Digital is a Crest-tier Salesforce Partner with a high-growth Salesforce practice spanning Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Industry Clouds. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud Consultant to join our team and lead end-to-end implementations for Global clients. The successful candidate will be a subject-matter expert who bridges marketing technology strategy with hands-on platform delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Cloud Implementation & Delivery
- Lead full-cycle Marketing Cloud implementations covering Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio
- Design and build complex multi-step customer journeys integrating transactional, behavioral, and CRM data
- Configure AMP script, SSJS, and SQL for energetic content, personalisation rules, and data extensions
- Implement Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama) dashboards for campaign performance analytics




- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud via Marketing Cloud Connect
- Conduct data hygiene, suppression list management, and deliverability optimization

Data Cloud Implementation & Strategy
- Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation
- Map client data architecture across source systems (CRM, ERP, e-commerce, offline) to Data Cloud data model
- Build Unified Individual profiles through identity resolution rules and match-and-merge configuration
- Create and activate audience segments to Marketing Cloud, Paid Media, and Service Cloud
- Configure Data Cloud calculated insights and streaming insights for real-time decisioning
- Design zero-copy integration patterns using Snowflake or other cloud data platforms where applicable
- Advise clients on consent management, data governance, and regulatory compliance within Data Cloud
