Role Description
The Medicine Specialist will provide comprehensive medical care and support to employees at Tata Steel’s west bokaro division operations,



ensuring high standards of occupational and general health. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting medical consultations, managing acute and chronic conditions, handling emergency medical situations, and coordinating preventive health programs and wellness initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory requirements. The Medicine Specialist will also participate in health education activities, contribute to continuous improvement of medical services, and support workplace safety and occupational health policies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Odisha, India.
