Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned and well-networked
Senior Business Development Manager
to lead growth of Converra FM's client base across residential societies, commercial offices, and corporate accounts in Bangalore. This is a senior, front-facing, target-driven role responsible for identifying high-value business opportunities,



building relationships with property owners/facility heads/procurement leadership, and converting leads into long-term AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and project-based engagements. The role carries greater ownership of key accounts, revenue targets, and may involve guiding junior BD team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in facility management (residential and commercial) and interiors/renovation segments across Bengaluru.
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads through networking, cold outreach, channel partners, real estate developers, property management companies, and corporate facility teams.
- Prepare and present proposals, service packages, and commercial quotations tailored to client requirements (AMC contracts, one-time projects, fit-outs, renovations).
- Own the full sales cycle - from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation, contract
