Role Description
The Logistics Manager is a full-time role responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of content-related resources, tools, and services that support Netfreak’s publishing operations. Based in Pune City in a hybrid arrangement, this role involves working in office for key collaboration and coordination activities, with some work-from-home flexibility for planning and administrative tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing inventory of media assets and equipment, managing vendor relationships and procurement for services and tools,



and coordinating logistical aspects of content production schedules. The Logistics Manager will monitor supply chain and logistics processes related to digital assets, ensure timely availability of resources for writers and editors, and resolve operational issues to maintain smooth content delivery. This role also involves working closely with internal teams, addressing service requests, and implementing improvements in logistics workflows.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to coordinate resources, schedules, and workflows efficiently.
- Strong Inventory Management and Procurement skills to manage digital and physical assets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely availability of tools and services.
- Customer Service abilities to support internal stakeholders, respond to operational requests, and maintain professional communication.
