Role Overview

We're looking for a Affiliate Marketing Manager – Advertiser Growth & Partnerships to drive new business acquisition and expand AffiMonk's advertiser portfolio. You'll be responsible for identifying potential brands, pitching affiliate marketing solutions, onboarding advertisers, and ensuring successful campaign launches.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire current advertisers across multiple industry verticals.
- Generate leads through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and networking.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery meetings and present AffiMonk's affiliate marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close new business.




- Coordinate with internal teams for advertiser onboarding and campaign launches.
- Build long-term relationships with advertisers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with Publisher, Operations, and Technical teams to launch campaigns successfully.
- Track acquisition performance and maintain accurate sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly advertiser acquisition targets.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Partnerships.
- Experience in client acquisition, advertiser onboarding, or B2B sales.
- Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and performance marketing models (CPA, CPL, CPS, CPI).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship management and business development abilities.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
