Technical Program Manager – Telemetry, BMS & EPMS (APAC)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to independently own and lead the end-to-end onboarding and integration of lease telemetry and industrial control systems — including Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) — across data centre construction environments in the APAC region.

This role combines fleet telemetry onboarding with data centre controls delivery, and serves as the single point of program leadership across external lease providers, BAS/BMS/EPMS vendors, and internal engineering teams, for all of APAC. The candidate will operate as the primary regional owner, driving delivery across multiple sites and countries without a co-located regional counterpart.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Ownership:



Own end-to-end onboarding of lease telemetry providers and BAS/BMS/EPMS integration and deployment for Microsoft's Data Centres during construction. Manage scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and milestone delivery across a multi-site, multi-country APAC setting.

Sole Regional Leadership
: Serve as the single accountable TPM for all APAC telemetry and controls onboarding activity, coordinating directly across markets without regional deputies.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as the primary interface between internal engineering teams and external vendors (lease telemetry providers, BAS/BMS/EPMS integrators). Lead onboarding readiness reviews and execution alignment.

BAS, BMS & EPMS Platforms: Oversee design, engineering, testing, and commissioning of building management and electrical power monitoring systems alongside telemetry platforms.

Governance & Reporting: Drive program governance, status reporting, and escalation management across all
