As we scale our kitchen network and team, we're looking for an HR Executive who can build solid people processes and foster a culture of ownership and performance across a fast-paced, multi-location operation.

Role Overview

The HR Executive will own end-to-end HR operations for Nomad Pizza, from payroll and compliance to hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement. This role requires someone who can operate hands-on across kitchen and corporate teams, bring structure to HR processes, and act as a trusted point of contact for employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Compliance

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including attendance, leaves, incentives, and deductions.

• Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, minimum wages, and other applicable labour laws.





• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in line with audit requirements.

• Liaise with vendors/consultants for compliance filings, licenses, and government inspections.

Hiring & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for kitchen staff, delivery, and corporate roles — sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.

• Partner with location/kitchen managers to forecast manpower needs and reduce time-to-hire.

• Design and run structured onboarding and induction programs for new joiners across all locations.

• Maintain a healthy hiring pipeline and manage relationships with recruitment vendors/consultants.

Process & Systems

• Build and standardize HR SOPs across kitchens — attendance, leave, grievance handling, exit, and disciplinary processes.

• Drive adoption of HRMS/HR tools for attendance, payroll, and employee data management.

• Continuously identify gaps in
