Role Description
The HR Executive (Chemical Manufacturing) will manage day-to-day HR activities for the manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. Responsibilities include administering HR operations, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, coordinating training and development activities, and assisting with performance management processes. The role will also focus on employee relations, handling queries, facilitating grievance resolution, and promoting a positive, secure, and inclusive workplace culture. Additional tasks include supporting payroll inputs, attendance management, HR documentation, and coordination with management for HR reporting and workforce planning. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with the ability to support HR functions in a manufacturing setting.




- Skills in HR Management and HR Operations to oversee daily HR processes and ensure smooth workforce administration.
- Experience in Employee Relations to address employee concerns, support engagement initiatives, and maintain a team-oriented workplace.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and regulatory compliance, including labor laws and safety standards relevant to chemical manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings, preferably in chemical or process industries.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR software, MS Office, and basic data reporting and documentation skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and integrity in handling sensitive information.
