We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 34 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience hiring across multiple technologies, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Calling ,Screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS records.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of IT recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, Full Stack, and AI/ML.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and ATS tools.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
