Position: Territory Sales Manager (TSM) / Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Role Purpose

Drive business growth through the automobile dealer network by developing strong dealer relationships, expanding market presence, and increasing revenue through motor insurance sales. The role involves managing dealer partnerships, achieving sales targets, and enhancing the company's wallet share within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Motor Dealer business.
- Identify, onboard, and activate new automobile dealers, OEM partners, and multi-brand dealerships.




- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase business penetration across the assigned territory.
- Drive profitability and maximize wallet share from existing dealer partners.

Dealer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key dealer and OEM partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership stakeholders.
- Conduct regular dealership visits to gather market insights, understand challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
- Resolve dealer queries and escalations promptly to ensure long-term partnerships.

Market Intelligence & Execution
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing strategies, and promotional schemes.
- Provide market intelligence and actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and dealer engagement programs.
