- To meet on-time product delivery
- To introduce recent products or improve on existing products
- To prepare PAC /DSU test item list based on development scope considering performance, reliability, safety etc. of product
- To prepare Lab Test Schedule & meet test plan
- To coordinate with lab team for execution of test planned
- To coordinate with proto team for test sample readiness
- Reports & data management of total test plan of Project
- To do system balancing & optimization to meet capacity, EER/COP
- To do refrigerant cycle simulation, Volume calculation, data analysis
- Responsible for system component selection, Development & Validation like Compressor, motor, Fan, HE, TXV etc.
- To do Heat exchanger circuit design, path balance & improvement
- Contribute logic & controls development
