Job Overview: To ensure optimal inventory accuracy for all customers across the warehouse.
Job Description:
- Inventory reconciliation: WMS vs. physical stock.
- Track inward quantity, order processed quantity, order cancelled quantity, and compare with available stock quantity.
- Plan inventory cycle counts by scheduling manpower and timelines to conduct cycle counting once every month for each customer.
- Plan and execute wall-to-wall inventory counting for all customers at least once every quarter.
- Maintain inventory accuracy of 99.65%.
- Maintain inventory loss below 0.03%.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide the required inventory data.
- Design and implement procedures to ensure zero loss of high-value items.
- Reduce warehouse inventory damages.
- Ensure daily counting and reconciliation of packing materials.
Qualification: Any Graduate with solid analytical skills.
Experience: 6–9 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field.
Specific Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and various order processing software.
