To be successful as an IFC - Screening Full Stack Developer, you should have experience with:
- Java Sprint Boot framework, Microservices/APIs.
- Any relational database.
- Robust proficiency in any scripting language like JavaScript/TypeScript/Python.
- DevOps CI/CD & Version control using tools like Gitlab/GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, etc.

Some Other Highly Valued Skills May Include
- Basic knowledge and understanding of front-end frameworks like React/Angular js.
- Kafka/Any Messaging system.
- Experience with artifact management and deployment pipelines.
