Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, assisting staff with routine tasks, serving refreshments, handling documents, and ensuring the office setting remains organized and presentable.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing of documents.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office correspondence.
- Assist with office errands such as banking, courier, and purchasing office supplies when required.
- Monitor and replenish pantry and office stationery supplies.
- Arrange meeting rooms before and after meetings.




- Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
- Report maintenance issues and assist in coordinating repairs.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

- Basic knowledge of office procedures.

- Physically fit to perform routine office tasks.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
