About the Role

4PM News Network is looking for an experienced and growth-focused Marketing Manager (Digital Media) to join our team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketing, digital advertising sales, brand partnerships, or business development. Experience working with a digital content company, news network, media organisation, YouTube channel, or digital publishing platform will be an added advantage.

This is a business-focused role for someone who understands the digital media ecosystem and can identify revenue opportunities, build relationships with brands and agencies, and contribute to the commercial growth of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and business growth strategies for digital media platforms.




- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities through digital ad sales, brand partnerships, sponsorships, and branded content.
- Build and maintain qualified relationships with brands, advertising agencies, media buyers, and potential business partners.
- Create proposals, presentations, and customised partnership solutions based on client requirements.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation and initial discussions to negotiation and closure.
- Work closely with editorial, content, social media, and management teams to develop commercially viable campaigns.
- Understand digital content performance, audience insights, and platform reach to effectively present opportunities to potential clients.
- Maintain a healthy business pipeline and regularly follow up with prospective partners.
