About The Lake Land Country Club

The Lake Land Country Club is a premier hospitality destination offering luxury accommodations, fine dining, banquet facilities, destination weddings, corporate events, and leisure experiences. We are looking for a energetic, customer-focused Front Office Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle reservations, room bookings, and guest inquiries.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online booking requests professionally.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure excellent guest experiences.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
- Maintain billing records, process payments, and prepare daily reports.
- Keep the reception area organized, professional, and welcoming.




- Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality front office role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and hotel management software is an advantage.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and willingness to work rotational shifts.
