Role Description
The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. The person in this role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, designers, and corporate partners, and expanding the gallery’s market presence. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and meeting potential clients, presenting gallery collections, negotiating and closing sales,



and developing strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility. The role involves close collaboration with the gallery team to plan promotions, events, and exhibitions that support business goals. The Business Development Manager is also expected to track performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to guide future growth initiatives.

Qualifications
- Robust business development, sales, and client relationship management abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in luxury retail, art galleries, design, or related industries, and familiarity with high-end clientele expectations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the capacity to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and planning skills, including the ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and events simultaneously.
