Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for Antibodies, ELISA Kits, and Immunology Research Products across the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
- Manage key accounts including universities, research institutes, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, CROs, hospitals, and diagnostic laboratories.
- Conduct scientific product presentations, seminars, workshops, and technical discussions with researchers, scientists, Principal Investigators (PIs), and laboratory managers.
- Provide application-based product recommendations aligned with customer research requirements.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Technical Support,



and Customer Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and territory reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at scientific conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Ensure timely payment collection and compliance with company sales processes.

Experience Required
- 510 years of experience in technical sales/business development of Antibodies, ELISA Kits, Immunology Reagents, Molecular Biology Reagents, or Life Science Research Products.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network with academic institutions, research laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, CROs, and diagnostic laboratories.
