Senior Engineer Maintenance - Electrical

SECTION II: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To oversee and perform electrical maintenance tasks, ensuring equipment reliability and safety. This includes executing scheduled and emergency repairs, adhering to standards and procedures, managing inventory, supporting projects, and maintaining documentation. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, analyzing costs, and ensuring compliance with HSEF standards

To ensure the availability and protected and reliable operation of electrical equipment in the plant by timely and effective, predictive, and preventive maintenance

Responsibilities
- Workshop Maintenance Planning
- Prepare workshop electrical maintenance cost and budgeting and oversee adherence to the same to ensure efficient utilization
- Create maintenance schedules at a daily, weekly and monthly basis for electrical activities in coordination with planning and plant maintenance teams
- Create the resourcing plan as per the maintenance schedule in order to handle day-to-day workshop electrical maintenance activities




- Ensure maintenance KPIs of workshop electrical are met on a weekly basis
- Manage all electrical maintenance activities of OSBL Non-Plant areas either connected to health, human welfare or Corporate social responsibility (MAB, MCC, TPA, Guest House, Damka, Mora Health care centre)
- Handle complex level maintenance of Split ACs, Window ACs, Water coolers, Domestic Fridges, Street lights etc.
- Drive continuous process improvements and keep abreast of maintenance best practices
- Policies, Processes and Procedures
- Oversee day to day activities & follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Keep self abreast with leading practices & trends and contribute to the identification of continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures
