Role & responsibilities

The Retail Head will be responsible for leading the overall retail business, driving commercial performance, delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence across all retail stores. This role will oversee retail strategy, sales performance, team capability, client engagement, and brand execution while maintaining the highest standards synonymous with a luxury brand.

The ideal candidate is a commercially astute retail leader with extensive experience in premium or luxury retail, solid people leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of client-centric selling.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Commercial Performance
- Develop and execute the retail strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive sales, profitability, and productivity across all retail locations.
- Monitor KPIs including sales conversion, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), footfall conversion, CRM acquisition, and repeat business.




- Analyze business performance and implement corrective actions to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.

Retail Operations
- Ensure consistent execution of luxury retail standards across all stores.
- Drive operational excellence, inventory accuracy, compliance, and loss prevention.
- Monitor store productivity and optimize staffing and operating costs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.

Customer Experience & Clienteling
- Champion an exceptional luxury customer journey across all touchpoints.
- Build and strengthen clienteling initiatives to drive customer loyalty and lifetime value.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement best practices to enhance service excellence.
- Ensure personalized engagement with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and VIP clientele.

Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and inspire Regional Managers, Store Managers, and retail teams.
