Role & responsibilities
- Assemble, install, configure, repair, and replace desktop computers and related hardware.
- Install Windows, drivers, antivirus, office applications, and other work-related software.
- Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, printer, and operating-system issues.
- Manage office LAN connectivity, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, cabling, IP addresses, DNS, and DHCP settings.
- Monitor internet and network performance and resolve downtime or connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and other vendors during network outages.
- Configure employee systems, email accounts, VPNs, remote-access tools, and user permissions.
- Maintain IT assets, system details, software licences, backups, and service records.
- Provide immediate technical assistance to employees during the night shift.
- Follow company information-security and data-protection procedures.

Preferred candidate profile
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge may apply.




- Candidates with 02 years of experience in desktop support, network support, or IT infrastructure will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of computer assembling, Windows installation, LAN networking, routers, switches, and troubleshooting is required.
- Must be willing to work permanently in the night shift and complete a one-year employment contract.
- Tamil-speaking candidates are required for effective local communication.

Educational Qualification

Any one of the following:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or Networking
- B.Sc. Computer Science / Information Technology
- BCA
- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or a related field

Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Hardware & Networking, or Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage.
