Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote desktop support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assemble PCs from scratch, including installing motherboards, CPUs, RAM, storage devices, and peripherals.
- Perform OS installations (Windows) and perform SMD component repairs as needed.
- Offer team management skills to lead a team of engineers in resolving complex technical issues.
- Utilize solid communication skills to effectively communicate with customers about issue resolutions.
