What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for:
- Leading D365 Business Central implementation projects
- Conducting discovery workshops and requirement gathering
- Understanding business processes and recommending best practices
- Preparing Functional Design Documents (FDD)
- Performing fit-gap analysis
- Managing UAT and user training
- Supporting data migration activities
- Working closely with technical consultants during development
- Supporting Go-Live activities
- Building long-term relationships with customers
- Pre-Sales
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes using AI, and Power Pl
