What You'll Do
As a member of the Global Finance & Operations Services (GF&OS;) team based in the Global Services New Delhi hub,
you'll play an important role in supporting BCG's global Risk & Compliance operations. You'll provide operational support for compliance processes by managing requests and inquiries, monitoring global compliance activities, and helping ensure the timely execution of key risk and compliance initiatives.
Working closely with Global Risk & Compliance teams and stakeholders across multiple regions, you'll help coordinate compliance-related activities, maintain accurate operational records, support reporting and data validation, and contribute to continuous improvements that strengthen BCG's global compliance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage shared Risk & Compliance mailboxes, including DPO, Data Subjects, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), ensuring requests are processed accurately and within agreed service levels.
