Job Summary:

HR Operations Analysts are responsible for ensuring that day-to-day HR Service Center operations are running smoothly. As the most senior individual contributors in the HR Service Center, they are responsible for having deep knowledge in the areas they support serving as subject matter experts in one or more of the following areas: customer service, Family Medical Leave laws and processes,



ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) laws and processes, benefit programs, HR policies, and HR transaction processing.

HR Operations Analysts train HR Service Center Representatives and/or HR Operations Specialists and serve as the first line of escalation when questions, concerns, or complex issues arise. They are responsible for collecting and reporting metrics on operations, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and working with the HR Service Center Manager to ensure that HR customers are served efficiently and effectively.
