Roles & Responsibility :
- Draft, review, and negotiate lease deeds, leave & license agreements, sale deeds, MOUs, and other property-related documents.
- Handle litigation, court matters, and coordinate with external counsels.
- Draft and review commercial contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and corporate legal documents.
- Provide legal support to business teams and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Manage legal risks related to property and retail operations.
