Title: Senior Graphic Designer (AI Native)

Job Summary:
We're hiring a Senior Graphic Designer (AI Native) with 5+ years of experience and strong AI design expertise to create high-impact visuals and videos across digital, social, print, and performance marketing. You'll own projects from concept to delivery, using AI tools alongside traditional design software to produce engaging, brand-consistent creatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality static and motion creatives for digital, social, print, and performance marketing.
- Produce end-to-end videos, including editing, motion graphics, color grading, sound, and delivery.
- Use AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Veo, Kling, ElevenLabs, and Freepik AI for image and video creation.
- Collaborate with Content, Brand, Social, and Growth teams.




- Manage multiple quick-paced projects with minimal supervision.
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools and optimize creative workflows.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or Video Production.
- Strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated creatives and videos.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for the past 12–18 months.
- Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and performance marketing creatives.
