Mission of the Role
To assist in coordinate, support and monitor for technical requirements for VOC programmes smooth operations of the India EO and all offices under India executing office while ensuring that all processes are followed within the VOC Standard Operating Procedures and ISO 17020/ ISO 17065/ISO 9001 principles.

Key Responsibilities
- Review of provided technical documents for VoC nominations against SoP and ISO 17020/ ISO 17065/ IFIA directives.
- Assessing documents received from clients as per the technical requirements provided in Contractual SOP /Guideline
- Take a help of GTO wherever required for technical review
- Knowledge of SASO Saber program, GCC program like G-mark, MoAIT, SQM, Oman etc.
- Ensuring that the VoC programme files are in compliance with the SoP and understanding the scope of work and compliance requirements as per applicable standards.
- Review of Laboratory accreditations / Certifications, scope for their relevance to the product, validity, authenticity and laboratory supporting documents as per the requirements of SoP.




- Random review of inspection reports and related checklists (if applicable) to ensure they are completed as per guidelines of SoP and ISO 17020/ ISO 17065.
- Random review of the inspection photos to ensure they cover required labelling and markings on the product as well as the product itself.
- Communicating with laboratories for quotation and providing them with the correct standards.
- Ensuring that the Laboratories provide the test reports as per the standard requirement and continues follow-up.
- Doing Random Audits, Updating Skill matrix. Identify training if required to be given
- Contribution towards good co-ordination between Singapore for checking conformity documents as and when requested
- Continuous acquisition and maintenance of technical knowledge of the VOC procedures
- Execution of additional tasks as assigned
