Job Description
As a TPP Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining turret punch press machines to ensure safe, productive, and high-quality production. You will work closely with the engineering and production teams, supporting machine operations, quality inspections, and continuous improvement plans in a shopfloor environment.

This is an onsite role based in Kancheepuram,



reporting to the Production Supervisor.

Your Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain TPP (Turret Punch Press) machines to ensure smooth production and minimal downtime
- Perform machine maintenance activities including lubrication, daily checklists, and tool/die management
- Conduct First Piece, in-process, and Last Piece inspections to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications
- Implement machine programmes using G-codes and M-codes and coordinate with programmers for tool setup and process requirements
- Maintain 5S standards, workplace organisation, and ensure safety compliance using PPE and standard guidelines
- Manage tools, materials, and documentation including production logs, rejection data, and maintenance records
- Support continuous improvement (Kaizen), teamwork, and training of co-associates

The Essentials - You Will Have
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualif
