We are looking for a strategic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The role involves managing the marketing team, coordinating with agencies and stakeholders, overseeing digital campaigns, and executing high-impact marketing strategies across online and offline channels.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and oversee content calendars, content creation, and social media management.
- Coordinate with the required marketing agencies.
- Manage cross-functional coordination with sales, design, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and marketing ROI.




- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing or Brand Management.
- Strong understanding of Performance Marketing (Meta Ads & Google Ads).
- Experience in content strategy, social media management, and campaign planning.
- Solid leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational abilities.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
