Role Description
The Senior Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon, Mumbai, focused on delivering high-quality support to Volody’s enterprise clients. In this position, the individual will handle incoming customer queries,



manage support tickets, and provide timely, accurate resolutions related to Volody’s CLM platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding customers through product features, troubleshooting issues, documenting interactions, and escalating complex cases to internal teams when needed. The role also involves monitoring customer feedback, identifying patterns that impact customer experience, and collaborating with product and operations teams to improve service processes. The Senior Customer Service Representative will mentor junior team members, contribute to knowledge base articles, and help ensure consistent customer satisfaction and retention.
