JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a seasoned finance skilled Senior Manager/ AGM finance to lead and strengthen the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and invoicing function. The role will be responsible for end-to-end billing, revenue recognition, client invoicing, and collections governance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across geographies
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle processes including billing, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations, ensure alignment with contractual terms and client-specific billing requirements, Monitor revenue leakage and implement controls to plug gaps
- Invoicing & Billing Operations: Review of invoicing data from various platform internal and external, and approve client invoices across entities (US, India, Philippines), Ensure timely and accurate invoice generation in line with agreed SOWs, review data from projects, Handle complex billing scenarios (milestone-based, contingency, transaction based, special billing, one-time, FTE based, etc.)
- Revenue Recognition & Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS 115), Work closely with auditors on revenue-related matters, Maintain documentation for audit and regulatory requirements
