We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive Intern to support our talent acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and corporate hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities1. Sourcing Screening
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes as per job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
2. Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Share interview details and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain interview feedback records.
- Coordinate offer discussions.
3. Recruitment Operations
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers in Excel.
- Update recruitment status regularly.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and rejection emails.
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.

Employer Branding Support
- Assist in creating social media hiring posts.
- Support campus hiring drives (if applicable).
- Help maintain the company career page.
Required Skills

Required Qualifications
