About the Role

We are seeking a
Food & Culinary SME (Freelancer)
to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on culinary arts, food science, recipe development, nutrition-aware cooking, food safety, and AI-generated culinary content evaluation.

In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated recipes, cooking techniques, menu content, ingredient recommendations, food preparation guides, and culinary education materials. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for recipe generation, cooking assistance, food knowledge, and hospitality intelligence.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in culinary arts, food production, hospitality, restaurant operations, food science, recipe development, catering, or culinary education.

Responsibilities




- Create deliverables addressing real-world culinary and food preparation scenarios.
- Review AI-generated recipes, cooking instructions, menu descriptions, preparation methods, and food education content.
- Evaluate ingredient selection, cooking methods, portion sizes, preparation sequences, timing, temperature guidance, and plating recommendations.
- Validate AI-generated content for dietary preferences and requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, low-sodium, and allergen-aware meal suggestions.
- Verify culinary terminology, food preparation standards, kitchen best practices, and protected food handling procedures.
- Identify recipe inconsistencies, unsafe cooking advice, incorrect measurements, unrealistic preparation steps, food safety concerns, and unsupported nutritional claims.
