Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team on a third-party payroll. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of recruitment experience, with strong expertise in end-to-end hiring, especially bulk and blue-collar recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to Joining.
- Handle bulk hiring across multiple roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline to meet hiring targets within timelines.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely offer rollouts and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in bulk hiring and blue-collar hiring is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and job portals such as Naukri.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
