Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, identify process improvements, collaborate with stakeholders, and support the successful delivery of business and IT projects. Business analysts typically work with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and recommend solutions that improve business processes and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.




- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Analyze data and prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights.
- Manage requirement traceability and change requests.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.

Required Skills
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
