About the Role

We're seeking an experienced
GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert

to join our remote team supporting a growing U.S. real estate business. This role is ideal for someone who has extensive hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and can independently build, manage, optimize, and troubleshoot CRM systems, automations, funnels, and marketing campaigns.

You will play a key role in maintaining and improving our sales and marketing infrastructure, ensuring seamless lead management, communication, and customer journeys across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

GoHighLevel Administration
- Build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel workflows and automations.
- Create and maintain sales pipelines, opportunities, tags, and contact records.
- Set up and manage calendars, forms, surveys, and appointment booking systems.




- Configure user accounts, permissions, and CRM settings.
- Ensure data accuracy and CRM organization.

Funnels & Landing Pages
- Build and maintain landing pages, funnels, and lead capture forms.
- Optimize pages for lead generation and conversions.
- Test and troubleshoot funnel performance and user experience.
- Implement tracking and automation triggers.

Email & SMS Marketing
- Create and manage email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and automated follow-up sequences.
- Build nurture campaigns and lead engagement workflows.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot email and SMS delivery issues.

Automation & Integrations
- Create automations using GoHighLevel, Zapier, and Make.
- Integrate third-party platforms through APIs and webhooks.
- Monitor automation performance and resolve issues promptly.
- Improve operational efficiency through workflow automation.
