We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Purchase Coordinator cum Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction, interior fit-out, furniture manufacturing, or project execution industry. The candidate must possess robust procurement, vendor management, project coordination, and communication skills.

Candidates from Delhi NCR will be preferred.

Role & responsibilities

Purchase Coordination
- Obtain quotations from approved vendors and suppliers.
- Analyze and compare quotations based on specifications, pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and delivery timelines to achieve the best value for the company.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Source materials, products, and services required for interior and furniture projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor procurement schedules and ensure timely availability of materials.




- Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase reports.

Project Coordination
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Review project drawings and material specifications to identify procurement requirements.
- Interpret interior, furniture, and shop drawings to ensure correct ordering and timely delivery of materials.
- Track project schedules and monitor procurement timelines against project milestones.
- Coordinate dispatches, logistics, and site deliveries.
- Follow up on project progress and submit regular status reports to management.
- Attend coordination meetings and maintain records of discussions and action points.
- Assist in resolving site-related procurement and coordination issues.
- Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders involved in project execution.
